The St Mark Prayer Blanket Ministry is made up of volunteers who use their talents to create lap blankets for members of our community suffering physically, spiritually, or emotionally. These are sewn, crocheted, knitted, quilted, or “no-sew” fleece blankets. Each blanket has been lovingly and prayerfully created by a ministry team member. Completed blankets are packaged with an accompanying prayer card and a blessed rosary.

Prayer blankets will be available to parishioners and their loved ones who are ill, in distress, or otherwise in need of our prayers.  Our hope is that these blankets will help the recipient to feel the warmth and spiritual support of our faith community during their time of trial.

The prayer blankets are completely free – our gift of love to those in need. Any donations received will be used solely to purchase materials and supplies. If you would like to request a blanket for a loved one, complete the information requested below.
